ORGANIZATION

Missionary Lance Rader, Pastor Tim Rader, and the people of Fundamental Baptist Church of Kincheloe, Michigan, founded Baptist Pioneer Mission, an international faith missionary ministry, in 1992. Brother Robert W. Jenkins became the Executive Director of the Mission on July 1, 1997. The Missions is supported by faith as the Lord burdens churches and individuals to give to the glory of God. Baptist Pioneer Mission is, and functions as a non-profit organization and is a local church ministry of Fundamental Baptist Church, Kincheloe, Michigan.

The directors of BPM desire to create an atmosphere within the mission that allows missionaries freedom to minister. The mission should not stifle, but rather compliment missionary service. BPM recognizes that the missionaries whom she serves are accountable first to God, through their sending church; to their supporters; and then to BPM.
