Lance and Karen have been back country church planters in Bolivia, South America since 1982. They raised their six now adult children on the mission field. Brother Bud aids in the general oversight of BPM from the field. The Raders have been and continue to be deeply involved in many aspects of ministry in Bolivia.

He is a pastoral missionary in the United States currently residing in Holland, MI. Kim keeps BPM running smoothly as a faithful stateside director.

He is a faithful servant at Fundamental Baptist Church, teaching in the Christian school and serving in youth ministries.

He is a current board member of Baptist Pioneer Missions. A faithful public school teacher for over 30 years, he serves the Lord in several areas of his local church.

He is co-founder of Baptist Pioneer Missions, serves on the board of BPM, and is the head pastor of Fundamental Baptist Church, Kinross, MI.
